Agreement of usage
This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (individual or institution) and the developer of the MIX 2.0 Pro program. By installing, copying, or otherwise using the MIX 2.0 Pro program, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not understand or agree to the terms below, do not install or use the MIX 2.0 Pro program.
Individual and site installations
Standard licenses, for general use or academic use, are single-user licenses and cannot be transferred. Institutional licenses apply to institutions that use MIX 2.0 Pro via server installation to provide multiple users with simultaneous access to the software. The number of simultaneous users will be defined in a separate agreement and will be explicitly recorded upon purchase of the site license.
General
We would like to point out that the current state of technical development makes it impossible to produce computer software that runs without any errors on all systems; if the MIX 2.0 Pro program turns out to be incompatible with the configuration of your computer, we advise you to uninstall it.
Software license
The MIX 2.0 Pro program is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties. It is distributed under a proprietary license, reserving all rights to the developer, BiostatXL.
Distribution and limitations
The MIX 2.0 Pro program may not be installed without a license key provided by BiostatXL. The license key may be purchased or may be provided courtesy of BiostatXL. Standard licenses for individuals allow the user to install and activate the software on no more than two computers. Site licenses are subject to a separate agreement that defines the number of simultaneous users. Licenses are valid for one year, after which the software can be used but not updated nor moved to other computers. License renewals can be purchased online. The MIX 2.0 Pro program may not be included in a product or package that intends to receive benefits through the inclusion of the program. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the MIX 2.0 Pro program, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation. If the MIX 2.0 Pro program is used publicly, it should be attributed as specified on the MIX 2.0 website (https://www.meta-analysis-made-easy.com/docs/citing-mix-2-0/).

All materials in the installation file (including but not limited to any incorporated images, animations, and text), as well as reference materials that are available for download on the MIX 2.0 website, are owned by BiostatXL. They are protected by a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 Unported License (http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/), and must be attributed as specified on the MIX 2.0 website (https://www.meta-analysis-made-easy.com/docs/citing-mix-2-0/).
